Mark Sekaz lives his life and conducts his real estate business with one mission, to make a positive difference in the lives of others. A veteran of the Army, Mark bounced around careers trying to once again find the same sense of purpose and community. He started with Federal consulting in Washington DC, working with numbers, policy and software code. But, real satisfaction came as his work became more local and interpersonal. Shortly after, Mark thought he found his forever job at a non-profit in Austin serving veterans. But, when the grant expired, Mark found himself in one of the major turning points of his life. From here he thought, “Should I repeat this process with no certainty of whether the next service would align with my skills and passions, let alone how long it would last? Or should I try this real estate thing I’d been thinking about for years?” Luckily, for his clients, Mark chose a career in real estate and has not looked back.
For Mark, it’s all about client experience and empowerment from the moment he meets his clients and onward. He educates them to the greatest extent possible before each step and knows how to successfully navigate the home buying and selling process. If a stressful situation arises, like it often does in real estate, Mark is there to be an advocate. After all, a positive outcome and a happy client are his end goal. At the end of the transaction, Marks wants his clients to feel good about their decision and leave the transaction with a relationship for years to come.
Vision: A community where people feel at home at all times and in all ways.
